Sims is living with a secret of her own, a secret that could cost her the fortune she is to inherit and end her career. People are dead--possibly murdered. Rollins must deal with these events during a blinding three-day rainstorm that sends the Cumberland River over its banks and turns Nashville's streams and creeks into raging floodwaters.
